Instructions to the Applicant Scholarship for Higher Technical / Professional Diploma Courses for wards of all Non-Gazetted staff for the academic year 2024-2025. The employees need to apply with Bonafide certificate of the ward. Bonafide Student in Higher Technical/Professional Diploma Course in the year 2024-2025 The employees whose wards are studying first and second year Diploma after completing 10th standard are eligible to claim Children Educational Allowance. It is hereby advised to claim CEA and not DSBF Scholarship.
