Instructions to the Applicant
- The reimbursement of cost of Spectacles for the Non-Gazetted Railway Employees upto the Grade pay Rs.4600/- (Level -7) will be given for the purchase of Spectacles for which original Bill/ Cash Receipt and the xerox copy of Doctors prescription should be enclosed in support of their claim. The spectacles should be purchased within the time period of 01.04.2024 and 31.01.2025.
- The above claim should be for the year 2024-25. Period from 01-04-2024 to 31-01-2025.
- The employees who have claimed reimbursement of cost of spectacles in the last 3 years are not eligible to apply for the current year. The list of employees who have received reimbursement for the period 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 is attached herewith in Annexure -I for your kind reference.
- The Supervisors may kindly ensure that the applications of employees in the above mentioned list are not forwarded please.
- Applicant must read all the instructions given in the notification
- Mandatory and optional fields must be filled with correct values
- Any wrong information may lead to cancellation of the application
