Instructions to the Applicant
- Financial assistance for the Employees upto Grade pay Rs.4600/- (Level-7) and who are on the leave on loss of pay due to sickness on medical grounds for a period of more than one month (Broken periods will not be considered). The assistance can be given for maximum of 3 months (and beyond in certain exceptional cases).
- The above claim should be for the year 2024-25. Period from 01-04-2024 to 31-01-2025
- The application should be forwarded by the respective supervisory Official , Certified by the concerned Personnel Branch Ch.OS/Bills & leave Clerk and also counter signed by Railway Medical Authority. Leave taken for outside/Private treatment will not be entertained.
- The duly filled application along with necessary documents should be uploaded within the stipulated time.
- Applicant must read all the instructions given in the notification
- Mandatory and optional fields must be filled with correct values
- Any wrong information may lead to cancellation of the application
